Delivery Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of the requested delivery date will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 8% of the order.
Delivery delays due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or an act of terror is not a cause for refund or replacement under any circumstances.

The physical delivery address and contact details provided are correct and no information required to deliver effectively has been excluded.

iFlora is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused should the details provided be that of a PO Box or Private Bag.

In case the recipient is unavailable at the given address, the delivering outlet can leave the product with a neighbour / co-worker / leave a calling card / leave a voice message or coordinate with the recipient to re-attempt delivery – depending on what is most applicable to the circumstances.

If the delivery person is not allowed to deliver the flowers or gifts directly to the recipient for orders pertaining to hospitals, hotels and business addresses, the same will be left at the reception desk and considered as successfully delivered.

Sometimes, the delivering outlet may substitute flowers, greenery, filler, container or accessories (ribbons, bows, twigs etc), without notice, due to non-availability. This is deemed as acceptable payment to iFlora on account of such substitutions should not be denied.

Due to the nature of the flowers and florist's individual handiwork, final delivered items may differ slightly from the images shown on this website.

Orders will be delivered anytime between 9am and 5pm. Any specific delivery times requested on an order form cannot be guaranteed.

Any complaints pertaining to the order or service will be reported within 7 days from the requested delivery date. iFlora reserves the right to refund or replace depending on the circumstances should the complaint be received within such times.

Security Policy

iFlora uses Virtual Card Services to process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the sites registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.

Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems. iFlora does not have access to credit details.
